Winning cash prizes with the scratch and win ticket is conditioned and ruled by the Florida lottery, including the withholding of taxes on the winnings incurred by our members. Members do not have to share earnings with PlusMoreUsa.  We are not responsible for any disputes that arise with the prizes between members and the Florida Lottery. Scratch and win tickets are mailed only within the United States (neither residents of Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam qualify). The loss of tickets either by members or through the USPS mail is not our responsibility and no replacement will be supplied.  This program may be discontinued at any time based on our sole discretion.
